Meet Troy Hill

Professional football player, Troy Hill was born in Ohio and moved to California at a young age, where he became a star football player in high school. Despite the adversity he faced, Hill was named 2009 All-Channel League First Team-Defense in his senior year and moved on to attend the University of Oregon where he was a second-team Pac-12 all-conference choice. He is now a cornerback for the Rams in the NFL and continues to make waves.

Off the field, Troy makes it a priority for his legacy to continue. His path to the league and the obstacles he faced drove him to found Star Players Academy, which gave him a way to support students’ academic and career aspirations in low-income communities. Through his partnership with Waiākea's Kōkua Initiative, Troy will conintue to give back to the youth.
