Shipping Your Order

Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receiving it. We are closed on weekends, and major holidays - no orders will be processed during these times.

Cancel Order

Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. As soon as we receive your order, our team starts working on getting it out the door and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

 

Address Change

The shipping address cannot be changed after placing your order. Please make sure you have entered the correct address before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Waiākea Water

One-time and subscription orders of Waiākea are non-refundable after they have been placed except in special cases that will be reviewed at Waiākea’s discretion.

Waiākea Apparel

Unworn & unwashed items may be exchanged for another apparel item within 14 days of purchase.

To exchange, please:

Email us at customerservice@waiakea.com with the name your order was placed under, the item you are exchanging, and what you would like to exchange it for (item name, size, and color).

Place the unworn item in a secure and protected package and mail to:
