Coco Ho
Born and raised in Hawaii, Coco’s heart belongs to the water. Growing up among pro surfers in her family (with The Godfather of the North Shore surf scene being her dad), Coco naturally started chasing swells as a keiki at 7 years old. At 9 years old, she began competing with her brother, Mason, as his surf partner at amateur events. Coco is always found with a huge smile on her face. She’s always looking to have fun and carries her joyful spirit into the surf. After a solid amateur career, she joined the Championship Tour in 2009, won the Rip Curl Search event in Portugal, and earned the rookie of the year honor for finishing No. 4 in the world. Over the past 8 years, she’s appeared in three more finals. In 2017 alone she won three QS events in Portugal, Spain and Japan, giving her 9 over the course of her career. “My mom and dad never wanted to push me into competing, and that’s probably a big part of the reason why I love the sport so much. They just sat back and let me fall in love with surfing on my own.” Her love of the ocean and Hawaii translates into her passion for sustainability and healthy living.
