GINGER MINT WATER
Ginger contains anti-inflammatory goodness. Anti-inflammatory ingredients are reported to help with joint and immune health. You need:- 1 gallon of water
- A thinly-sliced cucumber
- About 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- Two inches of fresh and peeled ginger root
- Two lemon wedges
- A pinch of Himalayan salt.
- Mix the ingredients in a glass container, gently stirring them all with a wooden spoon.
- Lastly, refrigerate it for around three to four hours.
