Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows

Located on The Big Island, the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows is an Eco-friendly hotel-- they actually were named one of the world's Top Luxury Eco-Friendly Beach Destinations by Conde Nast Traveler! They offer both relaxing guest rooms overlooking the Pacific Ocean and bungalows for a more private stay. Bungalows may cost more than a room, but trust us, it's worth it. On top of the luxurious accommodations, Mauna Lani Bay helps save turtles! In honor of Turtle Independence Day, they raise young sea turtles in the hotel ponds and release full-grown turtles back into the wild every July 4th. If you plan on staying there in that time frame, you can actually attend the celebration!
