Kōkua Helps Kick-Off Back to School Season!
It's back to school season. From creating growth opportunities for youth to providing new equipment to Waiākea High School, the Kōkua Initiative has been hard at work to help our keiki kick-off the new school year!
Did you know that with each of our products, we find a different ways to giveback?
With every case of water that is sold, we donate a month's worth of clean water to the people of Malawi, Africa, through our longtime partnership with Pump Aid. And closer to home, every pound of coffee sold donates a book through our Kōkua Initiative to a child in need.
Another benefit to the local kids is connected to our Aaron Kai wave shirt, which launched earlier this year. For every purchase of the limited edition tee, we donate an art kit to keiki in Hawai'i. Last month, Aaron, a Hilo native and Waiākea Ambassador, joined us back home to deliver water and art kits for over 450 students at Hilo Union Elementary.
Mahalo for your continued support of Waiākea, which helps us giveback to the most vulnerable in the islands and beyond! Click here to learn more about the Kōkua Initiative here.
